Guideline for Authors
Submission
- Submit manuscript with online submission form for immediate response.
- Authors can also submit their research paper / article directly via mail. (it’ll delay the process 2-3 days from the average process).
- Fill name, affiliation, department, and email address correctly as it is the sole means of communication.
- Do not use images of tables, instead of actual ones.
- Avoid unused references in the manuscript.
- If one is using tables and graphs as reference then cite them properly.
- Author will get a list of journals after getting acceptance of the paper.
Review Process
Step-1: Author writes a manuscript and submits it to the RAMP portal or sends it via mail.
Step-2: Editor determines the quality and content of manuscript then forwards the manuscript to the next stage, if it is accepted.
Step-3: Reviewer team evaluate the manuscript and gives the status to the Editor under following heads:
1. Accepted
2. Accepted with changes
3. Rejected for revision/resubmission
4. Rejected
Step-4: Editor notify about the reviewer’s feedback or status of the paper to the concerned author by email. If it is accepted then authors would get a list of journals along with the copyright form to initiate the publication process.
Step-5: Author should take one of the following actions based on the status of the manuscript.
1. Rejected:
Author can submit a new article for the upcoming issue.
2. Rejected for revision/resubmission:
Do the revision, make changes in manuscript and re-submit to the portal and inform about the same via mail.
3. Accepted with changes:
Make changes in manuscript as per direction and re-submit it to the portal or via email and inform the editor about the same.
4. Accepted:
Send Final manuscript in the RAMP format, Copyright form (completely filled and signed) to ramp2023@abcdindex.com.
Step-6: Authors notified about the publication via mail.
Certificate of Publication
A e-Certificate of Publication will be provided to the authors, after the Online Publication.
