Awards are created with the goal of honouring one's contribution to the research area. These kind of appreciations promote the participation and attract young scholars as well. There are several benefits of getting awards:

  • Awards and trophies increase motivation, produce inspiration, create bonds, and fuel productivity of an individual to higher levels of performance and accomplishment.
  • Awards recognized contributors by paying direct respect to them and their work. This recognition extends beyond the celebration itself as it champions an individual’s value of the hard labour and effort that got them there.
